Bargnolino is the typical end of a meal in the Piacenza hills. A wild blackthorn liqueur, the bargnoli in Piacenza, harvested after the first frost of the year. With a fruity and aromatic taste, Bargnolino is the excellent conclusion to a meal based on ourfresh handmade pasta , to be combined with a dessert such as Chocolate Cake .
After about two months of infusion, with the addition of very fine sugar, an exquisite liqueur is obtained, full of fruity aromas, full and full-bodied. The purplish color is given by the excellent ripeness of the fruit.
