PASTA LAB is our loboratorial format in which you can learn the secrets of fresh handmade pasta according to the ancient Emilian tradition and taste BStradi products. An experience of connection between people linked by a great passion: good handmade food.
1. BStradi aperitif with our Spalmabili della Bottega and artisan and seasonal baked goods.

2. Pasta Lab
We will show you how to make three different types of handmade pasta. Among these we cannot miss our iconic Batalàbar , the symbol par excellence of the Piacenza tradition.
Following, another type of tortelli, based on the season and ending with a contamination tortello, created according to the typical products of the area in which the Pasta Lab takes place or offered by our collaborator.

3. Tasting
We will cook the fresh pasta that you have prepared with your hands and you can taste it to the fullest, wrapped in a convivial atmosphere.
